This month I want to dig deep and try to find some genuine information instead of the regular hype. So no, I won't be looking in a bottle of pills. I want to know how detoxification really works and how we can facilitate it naturally. And that answer doesn't fit in a bottle of processed, encapsulated nonsense.
This month we're going to delve into:
- How does the body detox?
- Simple, effective ways to detoxify that don't cost an arm and a leg.
- Natural ways to eliminate toxic heavy metals from our bodies.
- Gut health and its connection to detoxification.
- Common cleanses and detox systems: do they really work?
- Dangerous toxins present in almost everyone's house right now (but you don't know it).
- Which foods are most important to buy organic.

I don't know about you but this is pretty exciting for me. I've done plenty of personal research on the subject of detoxification but I look forward to spending a month really cracking down on this one. I'm not going to be selling you goofy lemon juice and maple syrup kits
, I promise. But we'll talk more later about why I think that stuff is a load of--ahem--hooey.
